Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee the development of innovative technology solutions, including software applications, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Manage the technology team, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure that team members are aligned with the technology strategy and achieve their objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors, identifying opportunities for collaboration and driving innovation.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the organization's offerings are aligned with customer needs and are competitive in the market.
Develop and maintain technology performance metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to the executive team.
Manage the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Ensure that the organization's technology systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with relevant regulations.
