## Tasks

- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development of innovative technology solutions, including software applications, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Manage the technology team, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure that team members are aligned with the technology strategy and achieve their objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors, identifying opportunities for collaboration and driving innovation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the organization's offerings are aligned with customer needs and are competitive in the market.
- Develop and maintain technology performance metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to the executive team.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Ensure that the organization's technology systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with relevant regulations.
