Tasks
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure that team members achieve their targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, identifying opportunities for new business and driving revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the organization's offerings meet customer needs and are competitive in the market.
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to the executive team.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs for employees and contractors.
