## Tasks
|
|
|
|
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, in collaboration with the leadership team.
|
|
- Lead the development and launch of new products and services, ensuring that they meet customer needs and are competitive in the market.
|
|
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and partners.
|
|
- Drive the company's revenue growth and profitability, setting targets and monitoring progress towards achieving them.
|
|
- Develop and manage the company's financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
|
|
- Hire, manage, and develop the leadership team, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company's vision and values.
|
|
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
|
|
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
|
|
- Represent the company in external forums, such as industry events and conferences.
|
