Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, in collaboration with the leadership team.
Lead the development and launch of new products and services, ensuring that they meet customer needs and are competitive in the market.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and partners.
Drive the company's revenue growth and profitability, setting targets and monitoring progress towards achieving them.
Develop and manage the company's financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Hire, manage, and develop the leadership team, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company's vision and values.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Represent the company in external forums, such as industry events and conferences.
